Summer Pottery Retreat
June 9-20, 2025
South Bear Pottery School is of direct lineage to the Bauhaus, Marguerite Wildenhain, and Pond Farm; this program implements the same forms and traditions passed down from that lineage. We offer hands-on experiences that connect art, nature, and community. This program includes high-quality instruction by South Bear alumni, and imparts the benefits of learning to throw on the kickwheel.

Gays and Faes Festival
May 31 - June 1, 2025
An overnight pride, music, arts and camping festival featuring bands from around the Upper Midwest. "This is a place for radical self expression, vocal community support, and abundant love."

Midsummer's Eve Party
Join us on the Eve of Midsummer for the annual variety show at Southie. See live bands, drag performances, fire spinning routines, and more with karaoke and a bonfire to wrap up the evening.
